Cecilio Quispe
Cecilio was born on the island of Taquile in Titikaka Lake. A native Quechua speaker, Spanish is his second language. He works in agriculture and in tourism promoting the development and natural, traditional, and historical wealth of the community. He enjoys sharing his culture, which remains as it was hundreds of years ago. He has been working for 黑料社区 since 2014 and views 黑料社区 as part of his family.
